We invite you to join us February 23 for our Pacific Northwest Blended Learning Leaders Forum in Portland, OR for a hands-on and collaborative workshop with other regional blended learning practitioners. About our Speakers:

         Jin-Soo Huh, personalized learning manager, Alpha Public Schools

Jin-Soo Huh is the Personalized Learning Manager at Alpha Public Schools. He taught middle and high school math in Prince George's County, New Orleans & Chicago and served as a teacher leader in implementing one of the nation's first 1:1 iPad programs. In his current role at Alpha, he refines personalized learning models and supports educators in implementation. Previously, he did similar work as the Director of Technology at KIPP Chicago. He also advised schools implementing personalized learning as a coach for LEAP Innovations and a mentor for the Fund for Public Education’s Summer Design Program. He is a contributor to Edsurge, a member of the 4.0 Schools community, and a member of Imagine K-12's Educator Advisory Board. He holds a B.A. from Duke University and a M.Ed in Elementary Education from George Mason University.




         Renae Abboud, education consultant, Fuel Education
Renae offers more than 10 years of experience between teaching in the classroom, developing curriculum, and customizing blended learning programs for schools and school districts. Renae consults and partners with district leaders on strategically designing school and classroom models, driving program effectiveness, and helping to improve the validity and efficacy of programs. Renae facilitates and presents at various blended and online learning workshop programs and has been a speaker at many education conferences. She believes in providing ongoing support in partnership with schools and districts to ensure effective strategies and success.
